(ex: is cheaper to order a Div 10 to Div 1 boost than going Div 10 to Div 9, then Div 9 to Div 8 and so on until you get ot Div 1)
 
The new Division Rivals System has 3 different ranks:
 
Rank I
Rank II
Rank III
 
Depending on how many wins you got into this Division you will achieve one of the ranks mentioned before. 
You can also pick which rank you want to be, so our boosters can achieve it, but that may involve a price increase.
